About Work Impact
Work Impact is a specialist advisory practice helping organisations manage psychosocial risk across the full lifecycle and integrate it across operational, WHS and people systems.
Our work supports organisations to understand psychosocial risk, strengthen governance and embed practical risk management across existing work systems.
Rather than delivering standalone wellbeing initiatives, we focus on the organisational structures, leadership and decision-making that shape how work is designed, managed and experienced.
Why We Exist
How people experience work is shaped by how work is designed, managed and governed.
Psychosocial risk does not arise from individual resilience alone. It is influenced by the interaction between work design, organisational systems, leadership, governance and the way people experience work.
Many organisations recognise the importance of managing psychosocial risk but face the challenge of translating legislative duties, organisational evidence and workforce insights into meaningful organisational action.
Work Impact exists to help organisations strengthen how psychosocial risk is governed across work systems. Rather than creating standalone wellbeing initiatives or parallel processes, we integrate psychosocial risk management into the organisational structures, responsibilities and decision-making that already shape work.
Our focus is on helping organisations create working environments where psychosocial risks are understood, decisions are evidence informed and organisational systems better support psychological health, effective risk management and sustainable performance.
The principles that shape how we work.
These principles influence how we think, engage and deliver our work with every organisation.
Rigour
We apply disciplined methods, examine multiple sources of evidence and deliver work we are prepared to stand behind.
Practicality
We develop advice that considers organisational context, operational realities and what can be implemented and sustained.
Curiosity
We listen, question and seek to understand how work is actually designed, managed and experienced before reaching conclusions.
Impact
We focus on meaningful organisational improvement that strengthens psychosocial risk management over time.
